What is Seulement Local?
We’re a Québec-first retail concept curating the best local brands—limited drops, quality materials, and pieces you won’t find everywhere. Our mission is to make it easy to discover, try on, and support designers from here.
Where are you located?
We currently operate in Québec with multiple storefronts, including Vieux-Port (Montréal), Quartier DIX30 (Brossard), and Place du Royaume (Chicoutimi — entrée principale). Store hours and exact addresses are listed on our Locations page.
Are all products made in Québec?
We prioritize Québec brands and designers. Many items are made here; some are produced elsewhere under the brand’s standards. Our curation focuses on thoughtful design, quality, and fair production.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes—choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready (usually within 24–48 hours). Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation. We’ll hold pickups for 7 days.
What’s your shipping policy?
We ship World-wide. Rates and delivery timelines (typically 2–7 business days) appear at checkout. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our store.
Can I exchange sizes?
Yes—if the size you want is in stock, we’ll swap it. If not, we can issue a store credit or help you find an alternative.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Unworn items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Final-sale items (e.g., underwear, socks, accessories marked final sale, discounted items) aren’t eligible. Bring your receipt or order number. For online orders, return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective.
How do I care for my garments?
Check the care label on each piece. As a rule of thumb: cold wash, gentle cycle, inside-out, hang to dry. Avoid high heat to preserve prints and fabrics.
